The schedule of winter swimming classes from the Fremont Parks and Recreation is up. Classes run from January to March. They have classes for kids starting at 6 months of age.
The Aqua Babies class (a parent participation class for kids 6 months to 2 years), for example, is $246 for Fremont residents ($251 for non-residents) for 12 sessions, and are 30 minutes per session. There is a maximum of 7 kids per class.
Online registration began on Nov. 15 and closes on Dec. 29.
The Fremont Parks and Rec runs a lot of other classes for kids. The winter Tiny Tots schedule is not yet up, however. To find more information about their swim classes or other available classes, or to register online, go to the RegRec website.
